TURKMENISTAN AND BULGARIA ADHERE TO MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL COOPERATION

On the 10th of August 2019, a representative delegation of the Republic of Bulgaria headed by the Prime Minister Boyko Borissov arrived to Turkmenbashi city. 

On the 11th of August, B.Borissov participated to the opening ceremony of the International Caspian Exhibition of Innovative Technologies and “Turkmen Sahra-2019” Exposition where he got acquainted with the novelties of the modern automobile industry.      

During the visit, a bilateral meeting of the Prime Minister of Bulgaria with the President of Turkmenistan is planned.

Also, the meeting in wide format between the delegations of Turkmenistan and Bulgaria is envisioned, as well as the signature of a number of documents.   

On the 12th of August, Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borissov will attend the Conference “Caspian Sea: Benefits of developing the international economic cooperation” in the framework of official opening of the Forum.  Also, the high-level guest will attend the cultural events and festivities dedicated to the First Caspian Economic Forum. 

It is vital to note that the current Forum will become an effective platform for the negotiations between the representatives of two countries.  Thus, round table for the representatives of the business circles of Bulgaria and Turkmenistan is envisioned.  Besides, the successive session of the Turkmen-Bulgarian Intergovernmental Commission of Economic Cooperation is to be held, during which the parties will thoroughly discuss the current issues of mutually beneficial partnership, particularly in the area of energy, medical industry, transport, education and science.
