Meeting with the Head of the World Trade Institute

On January 15, 2025, a meeting was held between the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation and the Head of the World Trade Institute, Professor Michael Hahn.

During the meeting, pressing issues of cooperation were discussed, and further steps in the development of bilateral interaction were considered. The parties also exchanged views on short-term directions of joint work.

Particular attention was paid to exploring potential forms of collaboration that could be implemented in light of Turkmenistan's accession process to the WTO.

Both sides emphasized the importance of dialogue in strengthening cooperation and expressed hope for the successful continuation of their partnership.
