Congratulatory Letter to the newly elected President of Ukraine

On the 1 May 2019, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory letter to the newly elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelenskiy on his election to the high state post.
